At Honey Vault Software Studio, we strive to provide high-quality software and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of our digital products and services, our refund policy is clear and firm with no exceptions.

1. Software Access

  • No Refund Policy: Once login credentials have been sent and software access has been granted, we are unable to offer a refund. This includes access to TaxSlayer Pro Web + Corporate software or any other software we provide.

  • Reason for Policy: Due to the nature of our web-based software, once access is granted, the software can be used, and we are unable to retrieve it or return it for resale.

2. Custom Software and Domain Creation

  • No Refund Policy: Once custom software or a custom domain is created for you, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all software customization services, including domain registration, custom integrations, or personalized features.

  • Reason for Policy: Custom software and domain services are unique to each customer. Once the development and setup are complete, we are unable to reverse or refund the work provided.

3. No Exceptions

  • No exceptions will be made to this refund policy under any circumstances. Once access is granted to the software or custom services are created, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.

4. Support and Assistance

If you have any issues or concerns with the software or custom services provided, we are happy to assist you. Our customer support team is available to help troubleshoot and resolve any problems you may encounter.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update or modify this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
